Everyone talks about new years starting to eat healthy or having a new lifestyle change. I am one of those. This year, I really have attempted to stick with it. My changes include; walking 30
mins every day. This one has become an easy challenge for me. At work, I get a 15 min morning, and 15 min afternoon break. Now that the weather has warmed I walk during those breaks. I also am changing my drinking habits. I no longer drink soda, only on rare
occasion for a treat. I also drink light beer, and prefer diet and
Malibu to other high calorie fruity drinks.
The major change is eating. For those of you who are on a healthy kick also, and want a quick lunch try a

Chipolte. My friend Kaitlin introduced me to this yummy lunch.
I get low cal rice, or no rice; chicken or lean pork and black beans. I
usually add in a bit of salsa for flavor. It is really good and healthy! YUM-O!
